An Energy Medicine/Healing Session or Intuitive Consultation or any of the other services provided by Althea Watson does not in any way replace any form of mental or physical therapy or medical treatment. An Energy Medicine/Healing Session or Intuitive Consultation or any of the other services provided by Althea Watson is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a medical doctor or psychotherapist. Please contact your healthcare provider to obtain treatment.

I am in agreement that these sessions are private and should be kept confidential, including recordings of the session. The client cannot publish, post, or otherwise repeat on any newspaper, magazine, television, internet site, social media platform, website, or any other medium without the written consent and agreement of Althea Watson.

I assert that I have carefully read all the contents of this document and fully understand all of the above statements. I take responsibility for my own well-being and seek an Energy Medicine/Healing Session or Intuitive Consultation or any of the other services provided by Althea Watson for its own sake and without any guarantee of results. Furthermore, I waive, release, and hold harmless Althea Watson and any of her assistants from any and all claims and liabilities related in any way to the service provided by or through Althea Watson.

My signature below acknowledges that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions above. I acknowledge that I contacted Althea Watson voluntarily and requested to participate in an Energy Medicine/Healing Session or Intuitive Consultation or one of the other services provided by Althea Watson.

I understand that I am responsible for the payment of the session in full before a date is scheduled for the session. Furthermore, I understand that once the payment has been made and cleared, an appointment can be scheduled.
